Get Rid of Blood Clots Using Activase Alteplase Drug to Prevent Heart Attacks part 2
Dosage & Administration
Generic Activase (Alteplase) is solely administered by means of a vein, i.e. in an intravenous manner. Extravasation of Activase injection can induce ecchymosis (a purple or black-and-blue spot on the skin) and/or swelling. You can manage these conditions by stopping the infusion at that intravenous site and applying topical remedy.
There are two Generic Activase Alteplase dose regimes to be applied in the treatment and management of AMI; controlled studies to weigh medical results against these regimes have not been performed. A dosage of 150 mg of Activase is not recommended for the management of acute myocardial infarction, since it has been connected to an increase in intracranial (within the skull) hemorrhage.
Essential Safety Guidelines
Refrain from driving, operating machines, or performing any other activities that could prove to be life-threatening till you make out how you respond to Generic Activase . Applying this medication unaccompanied, with some specific medicines, or with alcohol may minify your capacity to drive or to execute other potentially hazardous activities.
